You can read What People Have Said below the program descriptions.
People may block their potential when they have any of these experiences that many people have: unhealed traumas; low self-esteem; fear of or dislike of people; excess anger and resentment; self-sabotage; self-harm; and staying stuck.
You can enjoy your life much more by understanding: how to heal trauma; have positive self-esteem; enjoy positive people; release resentment and take peaceful, positive action; have self-enhancing habits; take daily self-care and action in the direction of your goals; and continue to learn, grow and develop throughout life.
We will review all these areas, and help you understand how 70% of adults have experienced a trauma, and how to heal and release all these blocks to life enjoyment.
Once you see this clearly, you are free to allow yourself to enjoy yourself, and live with serenity, wisdom, gratitude and gentle happiness today, and every day.
As positive energy is welcoming, it will allow others to appreciate you, and invite you to enjoy life, and participate in new opportunities.
More than 70 percent of American adults have at least one unhealthy habit that could cut their lives short. There are also dozens of other harmful lifestyle habits.
At least 90% of people in any community could use this Positive Habit Improvement program.
Gain awareness of how unhealthy habits and addictions form, true needs they serve, and how to replace them with healthy, productive routines and patterns to create the life you prefer.
While more than 50% of Americans make New Year’s resolutions to change or improve their lives, over 90% of these efforts end quickly.
Though New Year’s goals may seem elusive, learn how to take the long-view, how to get back on track, refocus, and be compassionate, forgiving and kind with yourself, all year long.
We will explore why it so important to measure progress by what you learn along the way, day-by-day, week-by-week, month-by-month, year-by-year.
Learn the power of restarting any day of the week, all year round, and never giving-up on your habit improvement program.
Wisdom may seem like a forgotten treasure. Love may seem like an elusive wish. People can gain wisdom and love, lose them, and regain them again. Explore what happens to a society and civilization if it does not honor and seek wisdom and love.
Learn how we can develop more wisdom personally, and why we need wisdom in our families, communities, nation and our world – for love to last, for our nation to heal, and for the world to be sustainable.
With more wisdom, we can then have more love in our lives because we have more awareness to make healthy choices, take care of ourselves, and communicate compassionately – making us more attractive to others, and able to solve problems together.
Join Sandy Hinden, author of 7 Keys to Love, and facilitator of the Saturday Night Conversation Club and the quarterly Long Island Wisdom Circle for this enjoyable program that will bring more wisdom and love to your life.
People who come to Mindful Meditation for Everyone seek relief from stress, anxiety and worries. They always find more inner-peace, serenity and positivity.
This program will help you benefit from two of the most important skills in life, mindfulness and meditation, enabling you to access more inner-peace, health, happiness and wisdom each day.
Learn how addictions only temporarily block out all the difficulties of life. Learn how to enjoy self-awareness and self-regulation of thoughts and feelings.
Enjoy life much more with self-compassion, self-forgiveness and self-kindness each day.
A fun, heart-warming program for anyone wishing to live a more meaningful, purposeful and rewarding life. Explore the universal quest for meaning and purpose often posed by such questions as Who am I? and How can I find happiness?
Discover what is meaningful for you in a fun way. Identify your interests, values, passions, aspirations, goals and dreams. Create a plan and stay focused with positive energy.
Meaningful, Purposeful Living will help you explore meaningful, purposeful, conscious, compassionate, creative living and how to find people to learn, grow and enjoy your life.
There are people who don’t learn from mistakes and difficulties, and people who gain valuable lessons and grow wiser.
When we take the time to find the lesson in the experience, our wisdom grows. When we add self-compassion, self-forgiveness and self-kindness to our process of learning, we are able to heal and go forward.
When we share our lessons learned from mistakes and difficulties with the next generation, they learn how to have better lives.
Life is a lesson we learn as we live. We can learn life lessons about love, family, work, finances and may other areas of life. We will review the process of reflecting on our life experiences and share the valuable lessons learned with each other.
In a complex, educationally and financially stratified, disconnected, agitated society, it has become very difficult for men and women to develop a healthy, loving relationship. Probably 9 of 10 people are not in a healthy, loving relationship.
Egotism, addictions, resentments, and obsessions with wealth, power and prestige block people from having personalities capable of relating compassionately, kindly, warmly and wisely to others.
When the needs for healthy, loving relationship, warmth and affection are not being met, in an over-complex world lacking solutions to global problems, and with 24/7 negative media , mental (negative Beta wave) frustration can overwhelm the mind, and drive people to seek to reset their mind/brainwaves via addictions to food, alcohol, drugs and shopping.
For many men, they may seek orgasmic release through pornography, sex clubs, strip clubs, sexual massage parlors and prostitution.
Increasingly, people need to learn to activate Alpha waves in their brain each day, through meditation, relaxing music, pleasant art and photography, nature and walking to help lower their frustration, and increase their daily healthy pleasure.
Having daily healthy pleasure through increasing Alpha waves can be physically satisfying and activate fulfilling, enjoyable emotions of compassion, love and kindness – for one’s self and others. When you develop an Alpha Wave Break Pattern you will feel much better each day.
Some of us grew up with critical, judgmental parents who misguided us. There may have been coldness, drama, chaos or rigidity around us. Parents were not wise, warm and nurturing, guiding in a healthy way, toward a healthy direction.
Some of us were socialized with put-downs, eye-rolling intended to demean, and rude sarcasm that may have caused us to not share our real thoughts, feelings, values and needs.
As teens and adults, we may now feel lonely and unloved, unappreciated and unvalued. Many people live in harsh relationships and circumstances, suffering each day.
It is so important for each of us to take time to develop a daily practice of Self-Nurturance of valuing and appreciating our self, and providing warmth, loving-kindness, compassion, forgiveness and sweetness to our self each day.
With a daily practice of serenity, simplicity and self-nurturance we can understand and experience the beauty and sacredness of life.
Every year, close to 500,000 people die from smoking related illness. That is nearly 5 million people every 10 years.
Smoking presents a “Triple Whammy.” It becomes a physical, emotional and social addiction. It is no wonder it is so difficult for some people to break the habit and be smoke-free.
Smoke Ending Breakthrough will help you gain insight, understanding and wisdom needed to transform a smoking lifestyle into a healthy, happier lifestyle.
Even if you have tried to quit in the past, and returned to smoking, Smoke Ending Breakthrough helps you understand how to develop healthy thinking, feelings, routines, and friends who support your program to live in a healthy, happier way.
Smoke Ending Breakthrough is helpful for anyone who uses cigarettes, cigars, vaping or marijuana and wants to give up their present habit for a healthier one.
Gain the life skills you need for healthy, happy living. Learn to create positive patterns each day, meditate, access your inner wisdom and live a meaningful, purposeful, creative life.
You will increase your ability to enjoy yourself based on your being compassionate, forgiving, kind and loving with yourself, and taking good care of yourself each day.
We will then help you share your thoughts, feelings, values and needs with others to enjoy your life each day.
This program will ask The 7 Questions to help you to reflect, and gain deep awareness of your sense of the sacred within, with others, in the world, and in the universe.
When we cultivate our sense of the sacred, and take good care of ourselves, others, and all of nature ~ we can create a paradise within, and on Earth.
To help you write your own Sacred Story, Sandy Hinden will share his Sacred Journey from a humble beginning feeding animals at 5 years-old in the Bronx Zoo, to creating four nonprofit organizations, helping the United Nations and many people in the world, assisted numerous organizations on Long Island, and creating www.SacredEarthCenter.org, an online space for people who love nature, and seek to help Earth and humanity.
All attending Cultivating The Sacred ~ Writing Your Sacred Story will receive a free copy of Sandy’s book 7 Keys to Love ~ Opening Loves Door to Joy & Wellbeing.
Sandy will get you started writing Your Sacred Story, and practicing what it is like to take good care of yourself each day with meditation, self-compassion, self-forgiveness, self-kindness, gratitude and gently happiness ~ cultivating a sense of the sacred, each day.
